You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Workshop fees and service prices are as published at the time of your registration or request. An invoice is issued for each paid registration.

Seats are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation by a participant may be eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy.

5. Content You Submit

You keep ownership of the projects, files, and materials you submit to the website.

By submitting work to a workshop, you grant Hawas Production a non-exclusive right to display that work within the workshop's community and to feature it as part of the workshop's outcomes and portfolio, with credit to you.

Please only submit work you have the rights to share.

6. Intellectual Property

The website and its content — including logos, text, images, and design — are the property of Hawas Production and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website: no submitting false information, spam, or malicious content; no attempting to access other users' data; no interfering with the website's operation.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Limitation of Liability
